Minimum Wage Goes Up in 2025!

Minimum wage in Denver is now 18.81 as we start the New Year.
Denver's minimum wage has increased, reflecting annual cost-of-living adjustments tied to inflation. While the Department of Finance sets the wage, Denver Labor enforces wage laws and offers resources to help workers and businesses stay informed.

“Denver’s wage protections are some of the strongest in the country,” said Auditor O’Brien. “We’re here to help, but it takes all of us to spread the word.”

Denver Labor is committed to promoting economic justice by deterring wage theft and ensuring fair pay for all. Let’s support our community together! Want to learn more? Read HERE
